KA-ME® Udon Japanese Thick Noodles; 12 oz. shredded coleslaw mix; 2 scallions, thinly sliced; 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped; 3/4 lb. cooked medium shrimp; 1/4 cup KA–ME® Teriyaki Glaze; 2 tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger; 1/2 tsp. KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce; 6 tbsp. KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil; Pinch of salt; Lime wedgesfor garnish

1 pkg. KA-ME® Udon Japanese Thick Noodles
12 oz. shredded coleslaw mix
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
3/4 lb. cooked medium shrimp
1/4 cup KA–ME® Teriyaki Glaze
2 tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
6 tbsp. KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
Pinch of salt
Lime wedgesfor garnish

Directions

Transfer drained Udon Noodles to bowl; add coleslaw mix, scallions, cilantro and shrimp.
In a blender, add Teriyaki Glaze, ginger, Sweet Chili Sauce; puree until smooth. Slowly add Stir-Fry Oil and blend until emulsified. Add salt.
Pour over prepared noodles and toss.
Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
