1 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 scallions, chopped into 2 inch segments
1 cup baby bok choy, chopped
2 servings KA-ME Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
2-3 tbsp KA-ME Stir-Fry Sauce
Salt to taste
Cook the KA-ME Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until the cubes start to lightly brown.
Add the ginger, scallions and bok choy. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry sauce, toss to combine. Cook for another minute and salt to taste.
Serve in individual bowls and enjoy!
