Ka-Me Satisfaction Guarantee

Effective: May 1, 2026

We're confident that you'll be delighted with your Ka-Me purchase.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement product within 90 days of the date of purchase.

For Ka-Me Website (kame.com) Purchases

For Ka-Me products purchased from the Ka-Me website: please note that we've teamed up with WorldPantry.com®, a company dedicated to using the Internet to bring the best foods of the world to your table. Every product purchased from the Ka-Me website is backed by the WorldPantry.com® Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It's that simple.

How to Return an Item

  • Please return items as soon as possible. Returns must be made within 90 days to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.

  • Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.

  • Send it to the return address on your shipping label.

  • If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us with the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number.

  • For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

  • A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Ka-Me or WorldPantry.com®.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Ka-Me Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

Guarantee Guidelines

We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Ka-Me Satisfaction Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Ka-Me Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Ka-Me Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
