Ingredients

2 tbsp KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
- 8 oz medium shrimp, peeled
- 2Â eggs, beaten

2 pouches KA–ME® Thai Rice Stir-Fry Noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp KA–ME® Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
-
4 oz KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
- Fresh coriander, crushed peanuts and lime wedges for garnish
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp KA–ME Stir-Fry Oil in wok or skillet on high. Add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp KA–ME Stir-Fry Oil, pour eggs and scramble for 1 minute. Add KA–ME Thai Rice Stir-Fry Noodle pouches, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp, bean sprouts, sugar, KA–ME Fish Sauce, lime juice and KA–ME Sweet Chili Sauce and cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish to taste and serve.
