Ingredients

1/2 package KA–ME® Wide Lo Mein Noodles, cooked and drained

2 tsp KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
- 1/2 can KA–ME® Straw Mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice

2 tsp KA–ME® Hoisin Sauce

1/2 tsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
Directions
Heat KA–ME® Stir Fry Oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add KA–ME® Straw Mushrooms. Add the garlic, five spice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked KA–ME® Wide Lo Mein Noodles and toss to combine.
- Add KA–ME® Hoison Sauce and toss to coat the noodles evenly.
- Season with a drizzle of KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil and green onion.
