Ingredients

1 package vegetable stock
3/4 pound ground turkey
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tsp KA–ME® Fish Sauce
1 package KA–ME® Noodles
1 piece lemongrass
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 small bok choy (two per person)

Directions

In a pan bring to a boil vegetable stock, soy sauce, KA–ME® Fish Sauce and KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce.
When it starts boiling, cook the KA–ME® Noodles according to the packing instructions.
Add other vegetables you like such as mushrooms, carrots or kale.
Add a soft boiled egg if desired.
