A quick Thai-inspired shrimp dish featuring juicy shrimp sautéed with garlic and chili, served with KA-ME Thai Chili Lime Sauce with Garlic that balances sour, salty, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors.
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 Thai chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish

Directions
Pat shrimp dry and set aside.
In a bowl, lightly toss shrimp with KA-ME Thai Chili-Lime Sauce with Garlic.
Add garlic and chili; sauté about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add garlic and chopped chili; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cook through.
Serve shrimp hot with more sauce for dipping. Garnish with cilantro and extra lime wedges.
Recipe Note
Do not overcook shrimp—they cook very quickly.
For extra flavor, finish shrimp with a squeeze of fresh lime before serving.
Serve with jasmine rice, sticky rice, or fresh cucumber slices.
