A bold Korean-inspired stir-fry featuring thin-cut beef short ribs cooked quickly with garlic, onion, bell peppers, and a savory-sweet kick from KA-ME Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce with Gochujang. Perfect served with rice.
Ingredients
1 lb thin-sliced beef short ribs (flanken or LA-style)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)
-
3 tbsp KA-ME Korean BBQ with Gochujang
Directions
Pat beef dry and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Heat neutral oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add beef short ribs and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Add sliced onion and bell peppers and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Pour KA-ME Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce with Gochujang into the pan and stir-fry everything together for 1–2 minutes until beef is coated and glossy.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and serve hot.
Recipe Note
Thin-cut short ribs cook very quickly, so avoid overcooking.
Serve with steamed rice, kimchi, or lettuce wraps.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for extra flavor.
