Juicy grilled shrimp marinated with lemongrass, garlic, lime, and KA-ME Chili Lemongrass Sauce. A light Vietnamese-style skewer perfect for grilling or broiling.
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp fresh lemongrass, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup KA-ME Spicy-Chili Lemongrass Sauce
Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Directions
In a bowl mix oil, lemongrass, garlic and KA-ME Chili Lemongrass Sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Serve immediately with lime wedges.
Recipe Note
Do not overcook shrimp—they cook very quickly.
Grill over charcoal for the best smoky flavor.
Serve with rice noodles or Vietnamese herbs for a fresh meal.
