Sriracha Sauce

Originating in the seaside town of Si Racha, Thailand, this sauce is made from sun-ripened chili peppers. It is often used as a dipping sauce for seafood and will add a bold flavor to any cuisine.

Ingredients

WATER, CHILI PASTE (CHILI, SALT, VINEGAR), CANE SUGAR, GARLIC, RICE VINEGAR, SALT, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, XANTHAN GUM, CITRIC ACID.

Produced in a facility that processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, shellfish, fish and dairy.

Refrigerate after opening.
