Udon Noodle and Shrimp Salad

  • 1 pkg. KA-ME® Udon Japanese Thick Noodles
  • 12 oz. shredded coleslaw mix
  • 2 scallions , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves , chopped
  • 3/4 lb. cooked medium shrimp
  • 1/4 cup KA–ME® Teriyaki Glaze
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 6 tbsp. KA–ME® Stir-Fry Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  1. Transfer drained Udon Noodles to bowl; add coleslaw mix, scallions, cilantro and shrimp.
  2. In a blender, add Teriyaki Glaze, ginger, Sweet Chili Sauce; puree until smooth. Slowly add Stir-Fry Oil and blend until emulsified. Add salt.
  3. Pour over prepared noodles and toss.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
