Sweet Chili Shrimp & Avocado
- 1 package KA–ME® Rice Crackers
- 2 4 oz. cans tiny shrimp
- 2 avocados, cut into cubes
- 1 cup KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup KA–ME® Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- pinch of salt
- chivesprigs for garnish
- Arrange KA–ME Rice Crackers on a serving plate.
- In medium bowl, toss shrimp, avocado, ½ cup KA–ME Sweet Chili Sauce, KA–ME Seasoned Rice Vinegar and salt until blended.
- Place mixture onto Rice Crackers. Drizzle each with remaining Sweet Chili Sauce.
- Garnish with chive sprigs, serve and enjoy!
