Southeast Asian Salsa

This tangy, zesty version of a salsa dip pairs up with any flavor of KA–ME Rice Crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, diced small
- 2 tbsp red onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp KA–ME® Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 1/2 lime juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
- salt, to taste
- KA–ME® Rice Crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, KA–ME Fish Sauce, KA–ME Sweet Chili Sauce and lime juice. Gently stir in basil and mint. Add salt to taste.
- For a spicy version, add 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped.
- Serve with KA–ME Rice Crackers.
