Southeast Asian Salsa
This tangy, zesty version of a salsa dip pairs up with any flavor of KA–ME Rice Crackers.

  • 2 large tomatoes , diced small
  • 2 tbsp red onions , finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp KA–ME® Fish Sauce
  • 1 tsp KA–ME® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lime juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
  • salt , to taste
  • KA–ME® Rice Crackers
  1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, KA–ME Fish Sauce, KA–ME Sweet Chili Sauce and lime juice. Gently stir in basil and mint. Add salt to taste.
  2. For a spicy version, add 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped.
  3. Serve with KA–ME Rice Crackers.
