Instructions
Whisk together Tamari, Vinegar, sugar, ginger, Sesame Oil and Stir-Fry Oil in a large bowl until combined. Set aside.
Add Noodles, carrot, pepper, cucumber, green onions and cilantro. Mix to combine and serve.
