Ingredients
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1/2 red onion , chopped
  • 1 egg , boiled
  • Capers , optional
  • 1 tbsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp KA–ME® Hot Mustard
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste
  • 1 package KA–ME® Rice Crackers
Instructions
  1. Slice egg after boiling, then top smoked salmon with sliced egg, chopped onions and capers.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, KA–ME® Hot Mustard, KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil, salt and pepper, then spread over salmon.
  3. Serve with your favorite flavor of KA–ME® Rice Crackers.
