Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 egg, boiled
- Capers, optional
- 1 tbsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp KA–ME® Hot Mustard
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 package KA–ME® Rice Crackers
Instructions
- Slice egg after boiling, then top smoked salmon with sliced egg, chopped onions and capers.
- Combine mayonnaise, KA–ME® Hot Mustard, KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil, salt and pepper, then spread over salmon.
- Serve with your favorite flavor of KA–ME® Rice Crackers.
