Salmon Poke Tapas

4 servings


  • 1 8oz fillet sushi grade salmon
  • 1 firm avocado, cubed
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 4 tbsp KA–ME® Tamari
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • KA–ME® Seaweed Rice Crackers


  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and add salmon.
  2. Gently mix and then add avocado.
  3. Scoop one tablespoon of poke on to each KA–ME® Seaweed Rice Cracker.
  4. Consume immediately or do not top crackers with poke until serving.
  5. Place any remaining poke in the refrigerator immediately.
