Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 3garliccloves, peeled
  • 115 oz. canchickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2cup roastedred peppers
  • 3tbsptahini
  • 1tbsp freshlemon juice
  • 1/4tspsalt
  • 1/4tspblack pepper
  • 1/3cupolive oil
  • 1packageKA–ME® Rice Crackers
  • Chia andsesame seeds for topping
  1. Use a food processor to mince the garlic cloves. Add the chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper and puree.
  2. While the food processor is running, drizzle in the olive oil through the feeder tube and continue pureeing until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
  3. Top crackers with hummus and garnish with seeds.
