Ingredients
  • 1 package of your choice of KA–ME® Dry Noodles
  • 3 tbsp KA–ME® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp KA–ME® Tamari
  • 5 oz shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 small carrots
  • 2 spring onions
  • black sesame seeds , to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook KA–ME® Dry Noodles according to package instructions. Remove from water and set aside.
  2. In a small sauce pan, mix KA–ME® Oyster Sauce and KA–ME® Tamari Sauce. Let heat for one minute, add mushrooms and carrots and let cook for about four minutes.
  3. When ready, add KA–ME® Dry Noodles and mix with a wooden spoon.
  4. Season with sliced spring onions and black sesame seeds.
