  1. Soak 1/2 package of KA–ME® Organic White Rice Vermicelli Noodles for 40 minutes.
  2. Clean and devein shrimp. Combine minced garlic, garlic oil, water, sugar, salt, KA–ME® Rice Wine, KA–ME® Hot Mustard and KA–ME® Sesame Oil.
  3. Place vermicelli in a steam-friendly plate.
  4. Add shrimp on top and drizzle the mixture all over the shrimp and vermicelli.
  5. Steam in Instapot for seven minutes (adjust cooking time according to the size of shrimp), add chopped scallions and serve.
