  • 2 organic fried eggs
  • 1/4 cup beet sauerkraut
  • Drizzle of tahini
  • Handful of sprouts
  • 2 avocados, pitted and mashed
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Tamari almondsas garnish
  • Red chili flakesto taste
  • KA–ME® Rice Crackers


  1. Fry eggs.
  2. Using a fork, mash avocados.
  3. Top rice crackers with egg, avocado, sauerkraut, tahini, sprouts, olive oil, red pepper flakes and tamari almonds.
