Beetroot Hummus & Asparagus Tapas
- 1 cup beetroot hummus
- 1 lb green asparagus
- 2 medium radishes
- sesame seeds, as garnish
- 1 package KA–ME® Sesame Rice Crackers
- Cut and steam asparagus for about 5 minutes.
- Slice radishes and set aside.
- Place KA–ME® Rice Crackers on a serving plate and top with hummus, asparagus and radishes, then garnish with black and white sesame seeds.
