Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados , pitted and diced
- 4 scallions , finely chopped
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp KA–ME® Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
- KA–ME® Rice Crackers
Instructions
- Using a fork, mash avocados. Add remaining ingredients and 3 tbsp cilantro. Garnish with remaining cilantro and serve at once with KA–ME Rice Crackers.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
