Singapore Express Rice Noodles
The cuisine of Singapore reflects the ethnic diversity of its culture and the influences from China, Malaysia and Southeast Asian countries. Also called rice vermicelli, Singapore noodles are gluten-free and served stir-fried or in soup. Singapore Rice Noodles can exhibit an Indian influence with the use of curry powder.
