Plum Sauce

This sauce is a staple at Chinese restaurants and a favorite around the world. It is sweet and tart and can be served as a dip with egg rolls or used as a marinade for pork tenderloin, steak or chicken.

Ingredients

SUGAR, WATER, PLUM, CORN STARCH, PAPRIKA POWDER (FOR COLOR), GINGER POWDER, SALT, SODIUM CITRATE WITH VINEGAR, CARAMEL COLOR, XANTHAN GUM.

Produced in a facility that processes soy, wheat, fish, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and shellfish.

Refrigerate after opening.
