Rice Cooking Wine
KA•ME Cooking Wine is made from fermented glutinous rice and has a hint of sweetness. This is the ideal ingredient to enhance any of your recipes and adds a refined depth to sauces, marinades, glazes and stir-fries.
RICE WINE, SALT, POTASSIUM METABISULFITE (PRESERVATIVE). SALT ADDED 1.5% ALCOHOL 12% BY VOLUME.
