  1. Heat Sesame Oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, add chicken or tofu; stir for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to medium-high and stir-fry until browned (two minutes).
  2. Add Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard, onion, red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles, cover for 30 seconds;
  4. Remove lid, stir and cook 2 more minutes.
