Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
  • 4oz smokedsalmon
  • 1/2redonion, chopped
  • 1egg, boiled
  • Capers, optional
  • 1tbsp KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2tbspKA–ME® Hot Mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1packageKA–ME® Rice Crackers
  1. Slice egg after boiling, then top smoked salmon with sliced egg, chopped onions and capers.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, KA–ME® Hot Mustard, KA–ME® 100% Pure Sesame Oil, salt and pepper, then spread over salmon.
  3. Serve with your favorite flavor of KA–ME® Rice Crackers.
