Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus
  • 1/4cupcilantro
  • 1/2fresh squeezedlemon
  • 1canchickpeas
  • 1tspcumin
  • 1peeledgarlicclove
  • 3tbspwater; add 1 tsp at a time to desired thickness
  • 1/2smalljalapeño
  • 1/2tspsalt
  • 1packageKA–ME® Rice Crackers, flavor of your choice
  1. Empty can of chick peas into a blender with lemon juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic clove, jalapeño & salt.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until thick and chunky.
  3. Add 1 tbsp water and blend. Keep adding 1 tbsp of water at a time under desired thickness.
  4. Serve with KA–ME® Rice Crackers.
