Asian-Style Turkey Chili Nachos
  1. In skillet, heat 1 tbsp Oil over medium high, add turkey cooking until browned 4-5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together Hoisin Sauce, Oil, lime juice and Sriracha Sauce. Add mixture to skillet, stir-fry to coat meat for 2 minutes.
  3. Pile Rice Crackers in the middle of a large platter and top with turkey mixture, avocado, cabbage, lettuce, cheese, cucumber, chili, scallion, and cilantro.
  4. Serve with sour cream and lime wedges.
